I love this question. Thanks for giving the background of how the term "good girl" came up in your own situation.
Good, according to Roget's Thesaurus, can be synonymous with having desireable qualities, suited to one's purpose, not more or less, having the ability to perform well (Hmmmmmm), to one's liking, etc. Some good, some bad connotations. It really depends on how your ex views you.
What does good girl mean to me?
A good girl:
Love's her mama, loves Jesus, and America, too.

Notice there's no mention of virginity at all in that song. It's really about you and your view. Good is who you are, not what you do.

personally, I perfer someone that will treat me right over someone that has never had sex. By that I am not necessarily talking bedroom experience, but someone that knows how to do the things that will show me i am loved. I'm sick of just hearing it.... show it, then i'll know it. when i know it, then i'll want you.

a good girl is someone who you can trust not to go out behind your back or do something that will make you look like a fool...in other words, she can be trusted!
