if your talking about the detox diet, then yes, it does help people. well, it helped me . it cleaned out all of the crap out of my body, and i lost weight.

I've never heard of it.. but I lost 2 pants sizes in 3 weeks when I stopped drinking pop(more than 1 or 2 a day) and I take a 10 minute bike ride at a fast speed, I went from a 2 regular to a 0 slim.. I was SO surprised!!
