I usally do volleyball but i got cut from the tryouts. and i tryed to keep up with what we did on tryouts and i just didnt have any energy for it. ive been doing sit ups but i need more. i need to lose 15 to 20 pounds before christmas. my goal is to fit into a great dress and have everybody ask me how i did it and for highschool there is alot of pressure to be fit but i want my body to go back to were it used to be 40 back i gained from stress and stuff. i also need a balanced diet i cant stick to mine.

for abs...strengthening it, u will have to do some crunches, sit ups, leg ups, and etc

for the abs to show..u must go on a diet. dont starve urself

small frequent meals a day is better than 3 big meals a day

cardio is also needed in order for ur abs to show. Do some exercises that get ur heart pumpin and sweat

u probably already know how to do that

for ur upper body i suggest start off with push ups

many girls cant even do 10....try to do up to 30 or even more...say 50

if u wanna get stronger then body build but i dont think girls would look too attractive if they are buff

i gurantee you will loose 15-20 before christmas, if your strick on your diet...
1. low carbs 150 carb or lower a day.
-snack around with fruit wal-nuts and salades
-eat alot of protein so you dont burn your muscle..
2.your and athlete like my self so dont use the tredmill alot..
-sprints 40 yard sprints x6
-100 yard sprints x3
3. the fastest burner intervals on the track
-sprint the straight at 65%
-jog the curves
do four times for a total of 1 mile.
- then 1 lap for cool down.
- and stretch

swim and do a lotta sit-ups. swimming will not only strengthen your upper body, it will tone ur entire body.

while i run a mile evry day and i have pretty tight abs---it doesnt even half to b a mile--u can build up to that gradually
