Can Frazier's power overcome Charles' experience, boxing and defensive ability. At first I wanted to say that I didn't know who would win. I will pick Charles in a 15 rd majority decision. Both fighters show the wear and tear of this brutal bout.

Charles a winner in this one by a close unanimous 15 round decision, Charles had a lifetime record of 96 and 25, Frazier was 32 and 4. Charles fought and defended his heavy weight title 7 times in 2 years, a better fighter than Frazier

Man this would be a very brutal and hard fought contest. Ezzard was a very underrated fighter in my opinion and gave undefeated champion Rocky Marciano hell in their first fight losing a close decision and taking some very hard punches from one of the hardest punchers in history so I believe he would be able to take Smokin Joe's best shots as well in this fight. Ezzard was a better all round boxer than Joe but Joe would always press the action. I believe that both men would land hard punches and that Ezzard would be smart enough to stay away from Joe's left hook most of the time. At the end of the evening with both fighters looking like they went through a meat grinder the judges award the close decision to Ezard Charles.

Excellent matchup. I can't make the call. If they fought ten times it'd be 5-5.
