BBQ! Just toss them on the grill, add some BBQ sauce a couple of mins before they are done and you're good to go! (Donness depends on thickness of chops. They are done when juice runs clear.)

I made this the other evening and it melts in your mouth. I cooked mine in an electric skillet.
Gravy Baked Pork Chops
Serves 4
4 (1-1/4 inch thick) Pork Chops
1/2 TspSalt
1/4 TspFreshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
3/4 Cup2% Milk
1/4 CupWater
1 (10-3/4 oz can) Cream of Mushroom Soup
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350º F.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Sauté the pork chops in the butter for about 5 minutes per side.
In a separate medium bowl, combine the milk, water and soup. Place the pork chops in a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the soup mixture over the chops.
Bake for 45 minutes. Serve immediately.

Place chops in skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle with a little salt, pepper, and other seasonings (such as majoram or rosemary) if desired. Turn the first time when the underside has turned gray. Continue cooking, turning several times and adding small amounts of water to the pan after the chops are lightly browned. The water will keep the chops from drying out and enhance the flavor by lifting the browned juices from the skillet to be absorbed by the chops. If you need to hold the chops, reduce to low heat, add a little more water and cover.

Frying would be the quickest. Grilling would be alright also, but you have to be careful as a good chop tends to dry out on the grill.
You can also get some cream of mushroom" soup and slow cook in a slow cooker, or in the oven. Eat with a fork. Amazing..

My favorite is to boil the porkchops (make sure you salt and pepper to taste) until done. Remove from juice and put in smaller sauce pan and simmer in barbecue sauce of your choice. While simmering, cook rice in juice from porkchops instead of regular water. Delicious!!

Wash and season pork chops and brown them in a frying pan that you will be able to stick in the oven,it's just less clean up if you do.When pork chops are browned on both sides, cut up an onion and add to the pan with one can of cream of mushroom soup and a little worchestershire sauce, bake at 350degrees for an hour.
