now at this time of night i went for mouth wash and somthing ( filling material of remainder of tooth) came out of my mouth n no tooth of mine has been extracted plz adivce wot should i do now

I went to the dentist today,also.(no fillings this time)It could have been a fragment of tooth left behind,or a tiny piece of filling.If you still have it,try breaking it.Decayed tooth is much weaker than filling material.Try warm salted water as a mouthwash,after dental treatments.Great for treating and preventing infections

I would call the dentists office. It may have been some filling material but they may want to examine you to make sure it wasn't part of a filling or part of a tooth. If it was part of a filing you will want to have it replaced as soon as possible.
