My english isn't very good. But I THINK the first you must do to be an angel is not to THINK.

we cannot be angels , but we can act like an angel , by being good to people

you cant in technical terms. angels were created by god before humans. they are technically a completely different being then us. so dying and goign to heaven your still technically not an angel.
