In an evangelical's mind,

All questions are answered.

All dreams are fulfilled.

that's not a bad thing, really. Look at the alternative:

There is more that is unknown than is known.

Most dreams are squashed.

There are plenty
The main rewards are if you are the preacher or leader of the particular evangelical church in America you get tax free status on you, and your business income.

If you can weasel your way onto radio or TV you can market your appearance, voice, claims to thousands, if not millions of willing people to give you money. You can sell cheesy replicas of anything, you can sell fake healing, fake prayers - you name it you can flog it, and best of all unlike normal advertising you dont have to be honest in any claims you make - because its religion (its all made up)

Hi Philippus,

Philemon 1:6- says that the sharing of our faith reminds us of every good thing we have in Christ.

i think when people are evangelizing they are mindful of God's love for them- and God's love enables people to do some very wonderful things.

Seeing people come to Christ is also another wonderful reward.

Hope that helps,

Nickster

The main reward is your own inner peace but remember to find it you must have an experiance and relationship with Christ.

depends what you're preaching. if it's so called Christianity, then i'd say you'd be better off not doing anything. i have never met a group of people so closed minded and ignorant and intolerant as people who call themselves Christians but don't actually have a clue about God or His son.
