Hi yes i have tried them they do supress your hunger and like on most diets you can still stick to your diet because you dont have the hunger pangs. Be care full where you get them from as some companys are selling them and it isnt 100% pure hoodia its got other ingrediants. I got mine from the website below and its the pure hoodia it tells you all about it, so its worth a look before you go buying it of a dogy sitr

I have not tried personally but I do know that the TV programme called Old dogs new tricks- with Esther Ranson covered just this subject 2 weeks ago. They uncovered a huge scam regarding the sales of this product. Hoodia is derived from a plant , it has never been proven to help weight loss , no matter what these companys say. Its all a big scam so if I were you , I would steer clear. see link below

Hoodia looks like it may well have an appetite suppressant effect, although to get any benefit you would need to be certain they pills actually contain the chemical. And buying form an unknown source especially if all you hear from them is via email or internet sales I'd be very very wary as to whether they actually conaitn any hoodia extract.

All I know is that I'm sick of them sending me spam and telling me that they were featured on Oprah. I'm imagining that any company that has such a pyramid scheme of online sellers (who usually don't know how to spell properly) probably doesn't have a legitimate weight loss plan. Better to stick with the tried and true diet and exercise plan. Whenever someone talks about what worked for them, it has always come down to that.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.
