Food taken into the body is digested in the digestive tract and broken down into it's components/ The protein in meat is broken down into it's component amino acids, and the fats into fatty acids, etc. Thus, ix hours after consuming meat in a meal there is nothing left of that meat except it's components.

Lies perpetrated by the bunny-huggers who don't want us to eat meat. You need protein to be healthy. Man is an omnivore and is supposed to eat meat.

The meat itself doesn't but what is in the meat (ie iron, hormones, etc) can.

protein does and iron which is in red meat there are other chemicals also that help in meat.
