What are you trying to do? If you're trying to lose weight, you may be going about it the wrong way; you probably should cut back on carbohydrates instead of fat. The person who posted about nuts was wrong. Nuts actually are high-fat, but they are very healthy, as long as they are not cooked in oil or heavily salted. Anyway, if you want to avoid fat for some reason, you would be avoiding healthy foods like salmon, olives, olive oil, nuts, seeds and avocados, but you might consider high-fiber vegetables and fruit, most of which are low in fat and calories, while high in fiber. Consider peppers of all kinds, tomatoes, broccoli, blackberries, apples ... just about any kind of fresh vegetables and fruit.

Try LF/FF stuff that has a lot of protein:

example breakfast- 2 egg whites, 1 slice FF American cheese and a thin slice of low fat ham with hot sauce. You could also wrap it all in a small corn tortilla.

keeps me full 'til lunch.

Also like the person above my answer- lot's of veggies. I'll make a (steamed) stir fry with TONS of veggies and a chicken breast. You're plate is veritably overflowing, but it's mostly vegetables. Nobody ever got fat eating too many veggies!
