Take it to the dealer. IF the Dealership wont play ball you should just buy a new one. I just bought a factory cd player (upgrade from am/fm) for my 2006 f150 for 40 bucks on EBAY. So if all else fails you can spend a few bucks and stay factory, or just buy a new cd player from a store. Just remember most radios come with 1+ year warranties. Theres no money in repairs, its in the selling of new radios.

Shouldn't it still be under warranty? Talk to a dealer first. Even if the truck is just out of warranty, they might still honor it.
