Chanpen as a word means moon light or moon.
Chan also means I and Pen with a hard P sound means am.
So Chan Pen can mean I am.
Taew with light T sound means a row or line.
Taew with a harder T sound can be a girl's name.
So due to difficulty with pronunciation and varied meaning and ways to write Thai words in English, you need to add the context to the words. It is not easy to translate just from words.
Choke Dee (good luck)

Sounds a Thai female name. Could be a maid??? I think it is from Thai TV dramas and since I hardly watch those I dare not say what it really implies.
