you constantly think about food because you are always hungry. if you work out 5-6 days a week, surely you will be hungry all the time. just eat a little more so you are not hungry hence you will stop thinking so much about it OR accept that you need to eat throughout the day because you are hungry from working out. it's really not a big deal.

Try and eat 5-6 small meals and snacks. If you crave something sweet try an apple or peach, if you want something salty try the 100 calorie snack packs of chips. Also drink a lot of water, you could be thirsty not hungry. If you're working out alot you need more than normal 8-10 glasses a day.

The best advice I ever received about this from my nutritionist was chew sugarless gum. When you swallow your saliva it tricks the stomach into thinking that you are eating because of the flavor. The stomach sends this message to your brain tricking it into thinking you have eaten so you no longer feel hungry and think about food. If it is something in particular you are craving try finding gum in that flavor. Also make sure you are eating 6 small meals instead of 3 regular meals you end up feeling like your constantly eating then so you won't need to think about food so much because your next meal is not far off.

Your body may not be absorbing the important nutrients inside the food. I have found that cleaning your body of all of the toxins and built up waste (yes you heard me) can help curb an overactive appetite. I have been using colonix from Dr. Natura and it has really helped. Lately I have not had as much of an appetite and when I do crave food, I crave healthy food. I used to be a chocolate junkie and now sometimes looking at candy makes me sick. Go to the web-site. Once you see this stuff you will want whatever is inside you, robbing you of nutrients out...immediately. It's not something I really want to describe. You will have to see it for yourself. http://www.drnatura.com/

Maybe work out 3-4 days /week instead. You'll burn less calories, need less food, & still be in great shape.
2 days of weight training a week is enough to increase strength (even if slowly), 1 day/week to maintain. 3 days /week of cardio/aerobic is good for maintenance, 4 - 5 if you want to increase endurance.

Geeze girl, eat! Not any high calorie foods or bad carbs, but don't starve yourself! Try things with high protein and good carbs.
