this boy at my school has been following me since i was a freshamen in highschool now ima sophomore and he i s still following me how cani tell him that im not interested with out being mean

Your best bet is to just tell him. If he doesnt get the hint after that definitly go to one of your one of your teachers, principle or another adult.

At this point you may need to be a little mean, because subtlety obviously is not working. Just tell him very plainly that he makes you uncomfortable, and that you want him to stop following you. If that doesn't work, you may need to get a couple of your guy friends to talk to him. They'll know how to make him stop. Just tell them not to hurt him.

maybe you should speak to someone in your school to approach him maybe a guidance counselor or student mediator. but try not to attempt it alone or maybe a brother or cousin (boys) but try to do it with out any trouble and once again don't tell him alone good luck

when you notice that he's following you try to speed walk and find somewhere to hide....when he passes your hiding spot jump out and scare the crap out of him...that oughta stop him
