What do you think is the most attractive personality trait in a romantic partner and why?

The combination of two traits, equally important to me: our ability to laugh together as well as share deeply intellectual / philosophical intimacies.
If we have this, every other level of the relationship, including sexual, is amazing.

Even though I'm a single Virgo, if I had a mate I would say that his intelligence is the most attractive personality trait. Intelligence is something I'm always attracted to and look for first in a guy.

I would have to say that him LISTENING would be my favorite trait. Too many men don't do that. It makes us feel special when the man we're with wants to hear what's on our minds and actually provides feedback. It makes for good conversation, which leads to good feelings, then naturally turns to romance. That's a little secret that more men should know about.

Your ability to connect to the person with something peculiar in him/her. In guys (for example), their smile, confidence in speaking, care for the partner, understanding nature may be romantic. In girls, their innocent way of dealing with situations, their sleeping style, smiling while being asleep, may be romantic.

Hi, in my opinion it's honesty. You can love, laugh, and lust all you want but without honesty, you can never truly know or trust that person.
