Yes, Just drag the icon of the program you want in:
Start -> All Programs -> Start UP
You will probably notice other applications in there.
Although you might want to right click the icon while you drag it instead of left click (a left click will move it there, a right click will give you the option of copying it there).

Yes, just make a shortcut to it in the startup folder in the start menu

go to run type MSCONFIG in the open box then enter. click on the start up tab. go to the program you want to start up then check it save then restart computor
