Yes I think God has a sense of humor, or He wouldn't have created us with one. For many years I didn't think this way, but I now do. Theres not too much to laugh at in the day and age we live in now. Your question was a refreshing change.

I used to have a hard time believing that He did, but now I am thinking He does. Because He experiences all the other emotions that we do, so surely He laughs and has a sense of humor!

Yes, I believe that God has a great sence of humor.
He gave us one, so there is no reason to believe that he does not also become amused at some of the silly stuff we do, like telling him our plans.
I find the duck billed platypus to be one of the more amusing creations!
