You may want to get a soy protein powder, and sprinkle it on other food.
Other than that it depends on why you need more protein. Unless you are a very active person, one book I read indicates for a man 4-6 ounces of protein per meal is good and 3-4 for a woman. This supposes that you will be eating in between meal snacks of about 1/3 that size.

Yup, exactly what Tara said. Peanuts too and peanut butter, only p-nut butter has a high cholesterol rate.
p.s. don't do the Aitkins diet for too long, tis meant to be short term. It is protein only, no carbs whatsoever, your body needs carbs as the body in it's own way converts the carbs into sugar that your body needs, and not only that certain amounts of carbs. feed the brain. Protein is needed, just remember to trim the fat off of meat and watch what protein your getting and consuming. Fish is excellent source, grill, bake it or steam it, not fry.

anything that used to move on its own, or has come from something that used to move on its own.
If you're trying to supplement, I highly recommend Whey Superior from JBN.com. On average, it is senseless to try to take in more than 30g of protein per 90min (the body just can't take it up any faster and you end up wasting it).
If you're looking for a baked product with lots of protein and fiber, try gratainc.com.
To estimate you're required protein intake, visit eatprotein.com ... it's a great resource.

Follow the atkins diet....it includes only protein. www.atkinsfriends.com. Or you can just include protein shakes in your diet, they are available at any grocery store, usually in the health aisle.
