You can bake them in the oven till tender and mix one tablespoon butter witha sprinkling cinnamon, nutmeg or even pumkin pie spice and let that melt into the soften baked swt pot. Or even add some warmed pineapple or baked cinnamon apple slices on top.

I use honey to thicken Orange Juice and then I add Chopped Pineapple to the mixture and pour it over Steamed Sweet potatoes with a pat of butter on it.

If you like potato salad, there's a great recipe for sweet potato salad.
It's basically whole grain mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, season to taste. If you want the whole recipe, go to epicurious.com, and search it. It tastes awesome, and is very healthy.

I make baked french fries out of them. Cut them, toss them in a ziplock with a little olive oil, salt pepper or any spices you like and bake them on a cookie sheet.

Wrap them in foil and bake them. When they're done, put on a little butter/margerine and some cinnamon or cinnamon-sugar. Yummy and still quite healthy.

I like to bake them and cinnamon, a little equal and a sprinkle of molly macbutter. Also if you accidently overcook them just smash in a little milk.
