Every site I go 2 want you 2 pay, and some scan it for free but want you to pay to delete the virus i looking 4 a site were it will delete it also

Install them (you can look around for more), Download and Install updates..
Before running them, REstart your computer in SAFE-Mode then run one by one , restart if necesary.

Go to http://www.download.com and scroll down the page to "most popular" to see spyware removal programs. The ones we use in our office ad-Aware and Spybot Search & Destroy. I've heard bad things from our tech about Limewire though.

For a free anti-virus scan, we recommend http://www.trendmicro.com

It will find the viruses that Norton and McAfee might not catch because the virus has rewritten them.

I've used all of these and not had a problem.
