An adult is some of proper age 18 or older I would think, that bears the responsiblitys of life, meaning having a stable job, being able to care for themselves and find their own way with little help from others and being able to communicate repsectfully and honorably. Every one can act like a child at times even an "adult".
Its knowing when is enough and taking responsibilty for your own actions. Being grown up and being labeled as an "adult " is how society can judge you. Society labeling people of age as an "adult" only means that the person is old enough to be able to be responsible for his/her actions. As i said even adults can act childish. This is my humble opinion.

i think of as overreacting is going down, adulthood rises. you pays costs and all that jazz all you have chose, yet i've got seen what maximum folk might evaluate upstanding voters finally end up over particularly small stuff. a fashion or the different those with the help of no ability snapped into finding on the better image, to think approximately "is that this particularly the biggest area of my day/week/month?" ex. At a eating place, if the guy in front of you freaks approximately their coffee, what a newborn. i do no longer think of language has any touching on adulthood, English is a residing language, and the word "Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo" exemplifies to me how the language is going. additionally, i've got seen adequate previous, "respectful" human beings purposely do dumb or detrimental issues in society that makes my use of language moot in assessment, and yet people who use the n-word another word would be plenty extra person because of the fact they're ordinary outlook is extra responsible. do no longer care if the guy deals shares, they are able to nonetheless be an outsized spoiled brat.

Responsibility taken seriously for anything. Except my children. They will not be adults to me until they are in their 70's.
