Bake them in the oven
pour cream of mushroom soup (straight from the can) on them and spice to taste
baking in the soup will retain moisture and for those who don't like mushrooms you can't even taste it
it is easy and inexpensive

Make an Egg wash, coat them in crushed spiced corn flakes, then put them in a 400 over for 45 - 60 minutes. Coating beef/pork/chicken keeps the moisture in.

Cook them in the oven with italian dressing enough to cover the meat and add lawrys, cook on low heat for about thirty minutes and cover with aluninum foil. Or you could use a crock pot also- your choice! Delicious and moist!

put them in a crockpot raw with a can or two or mushroom soup and cook them on low for about 4 or 5 hrs. they are moist and just fall apart. you can test their tenderness with a fork. right before their done boil some potatoes and use the mushroom sauce from the crockpot for a gravy. its delicious, cheap and easy to make and clean up. then make some sort of veggie. then you have your meat, starch and veggie. my kids are 7 and 11 and they just love it. good luck!

Since they are fairly thin already, I would beat them with a meat tenderizer, season and bread them, and cook them over medium-high heat. Don't forget the most important detail- never pierce pork with a fork (hey, that rhymes)! Always use tongs!!

I like to use one the Mrs. Dash products for seasoning. You can bake or fry them but which ever you choose DO NOT use a sharp object to turn them or poke them for any reason. This lets out the juices. If you fry them use olive oil.
If you bake them use a non stick pan and coat with a spray.

Brown them in oil or bacon fat (the most flavorful) A cast iron dutch oven works best. Add flavorings, then cover them and put them in the oven at 325F for 30 minutes. They should be yummy. Don't add any liquid, or they will get tough.

cook them for 45 seconds to 1 minute in a skillet on med-high heat on each side and then put them on a plate with foil over them to keep them warm and finish with carry over cooking.
