shock tactics usually work for guys if they dont get the message the first time
or ask him to go and get you something to eat!! yeah, give him like little tasks - you have free labor for whatever you want to do, and he'll be out of your way while he's doing said labor!
but dont be too mean or nasty when trying to tell him to back off - jerks have fellings too!!

Tell him thanks, but not thanks, not interested, that you are already taken. If he is being a gentleman, maybe you should just try and see what happens. Or at least just be friends. Then, if he continues to bother you, move away from him.
