First of all, I don't think 145 is an unhealthy weight for your height. Did you check your BMI? People, er I mean WOMEN are under too much pressure to be impossibly thin. But anyway, if you want to feel full, eat foods with a high water content. You'll consume more volume per calorie. Ex: Low-fat soups. Mushrooms and Shrimp are also low in calories for the amount of food you consume. Also, caffeine can curb your appetite temporarily. Someone told me that celery is good, too because it takes a lot of energy to digest, but it doesn't taste very good.

I eat small amounts every 3 hours or so and am never hungry. I keep track of the calories so I don't eat too many. Drinking water and eating protein helps too.

Be sure to combine carbohydrates and proteins. Eat snacks like, raisins and peanuts, crackers and cheese, yogurt and granola.... Proteins and Carbohydrates need each other to process properly. When you combine them, you feel full because you are getting the full benefits of both. My #1 rule with my diabetic mom is Never eat a carb with out a protein and vice a versa. It's helped me lose weight and not be starving!

keep drinking the water add fiber to your diet a cup of oatmeal veggies fruits nuts and lean protien help curb appetites but as women we tend to eat more and are unsatisfied when we are tired and run down. when i lost weight i ate six small meals a day drank half my body weight of water in ounces. im concerned that you may be working out to hard and not fueling your body with enough of the appropriate nutrients. and also, like most women maybe you are an emotional eater. goodluck

There are a million things you could eat to make you feel full. But try sticking to low carb foods so that you don't gain weight.
I would recommend to drink plenty of water, diet coke, crystal light, etc. because many time we confuse thirst with hunger.
Try chewing gum and jello with no sugar

first of all what is your current diet?
eat a well balanced diet that should stop the cravings.
(ie: current food pyramid example)
don't wash out your minerals that will also make you feel hungry, starved.
minerals are important.
for breakfast eat some cereal (grain) with a grapefruit, orange juice and some toast that'll fill you up.
for lunch a salad.. no fancy stuff or load of dressing.
dinner... steamed veggies 2 fruits, soup.
an example.. that keeps me filled.. and the weight off.

OK All these answers seem good. If eating differently/more doesn't help I'd suggest a doctor's visit. It may be physical, but it may also be psychological. I won't pretend to know anything about this (Yay cupcakes!) but the way you feel may not be common...

Surprisingly, vitamin C will help with this. Try taking about 500mg to start. This is good if you are craving food but you don't know what you want. Try it before ruling it out.
The other answer about lean protein is a good answer too.
There are good fats and bad fats also. Read up about what fats are good for you.
