um.. why dont you go for a good english learning center like berlitz?
english aint that hard girl.. all you need to do is pump up your vocab.. watch enlgish channels, get a hold of vocab cards to increase ur vocab, speak more english (accented or not - doesnt matter as long as u are confident enough).. try reading some good books and work on your english humor (you'll need it)..
and do check out berlitz!
