Kind of like L'ugh Hy'um.... the hy part sounds kind of like gettiing ready to hock a luggy... sorry... only way could think to say it.

luh-khi-ehm, but the "khi" is guttural, as someone else pointed out, so it's a heavy H sound with just a hint of the "k" sound

Sound it out like this: Leh-Hay-ehm, but the "Hay" is more of a "Chhhoo" sound, like when you are trying to clear your throat.
