1. Drain the gasoline and replace with a bit of fresh.
2. Replace the oil (if it does turn, you don't want the old sludge knocking around in it).
3. New battery.
Since it has only been 1.5 years, it could easily turnover and run with just that much. If not, you will be able to troubleshoot it easily enough.
If you get it running, make sure to have it checked over by a professional - belts, brakes, fluids, etc.

The main problem other than the battery will be in the gas system. You may need to drain out all the old gas, unless you added a gas stabilizer prior to leaving. Plus change the fuel filter where the gas has dried. Drain all fluids including the brake fluid and replace with new. If unsure how to proceed have towed to a competent mechanic to check out to be sure it not only can be run, but run safely.

main problem with the engine will be corrosion ( change the oil first then try to turn it over by hand -disconnect the battery and remove the plugs first ) next is deposits in the fuel injectors ( if it doesn't start this will be the reason ) change ALL the fluids ( water will condense in the tranny and tranaxle ) DON'T TRUST THE TIRES if the car was sitting on them ____another problem is possible rust on the rotors and brake drums -disassemble and look not a bad idea to make brake fluid one of the ones to change

The biggest & toughest job will be with the gas, which is now bad. Hopefully, if you don;t hav emuch gas in the tank, justadding some fresh gas should help. Otherwise you'll need to charge (and possibly replace) the battery, fill the tires with air, and get your oil changed as soon as possible.
Good Luck

The thermostat is a extremely user-friendly gadget that controls the flow of water from the engine block to the radiator. Its purpose is to maintain the engine from working to chilly, yet whilst it fails it could open in user-friendly terms partly or by no means, inflicting the engine to overheat. it extremely is an much less high priced area and relatively elementary to alter. based on the save costs and the minimum cost, anticipate to pay between $50-$one hundred twenty. If it relatively is too plenty, it extremely is honestly elementary sufficient to do your self or now and returned you will get somebody on the areas place to do it value effectively or for unfastened. do this straight away. Overheating could reason different issues which includes a blown head gasket, leaks interior the heater middle or radiator, or injury to the water pump.

too many potential variables. but I would start by putting 1 gallon of gas in it and putting in a new battery.
If that doesn't work, you'll have to tow it to a mechanic.
