sounds like your dog has a behavour problem and is taking it out on you clean the areas he peed on and start taking him out more often if it means crating him crate him til he gets the idea that the house is off limits for washroom unless he wants to use the toilet . Some dogs are very stubborn you are the boss not the dog

Anytime a dog pees in its owner's house, that is a sign that the dog no longer totally respects its owner because the owner is no longer being a responsible leader for the dog. Hopefully this is just a temporary miss queue between the two and all will be well when their roles are reestablished.

Dog owners must assume the role of their dog's leader. The dog must be totally submissive to its owner. Otherwise we have an unhealthy situation and the dog misbehaves.

The TV show "The Dog Whisperer" is all about how to be a good leader for your dog. Good leadership make both you and your dog look good.

With my little dog I often reestablish my leadership by simply telling him to "sit". He knows the command and will sit immediately most of the time. But once in a while, like this morning when we were walking down the street, another dog came out to the edge of its property and started barking. My dog didn't want to sit, but with a 2nd command he did. Then I put he at heal and we walked pass the barking dog without incident. The barking dog could sense by my actions with my dog that I was too dominant for it to mess with.

Dog training is easy once you have established your dominance and the dog's subservience. Then the dog will do anything it can for you.

First you need to make sure he is healthy. Most of the time a dog will pee in the house because of a Urinary tract infection, not because he is mad at you. You should alwasy rule out any sort of medical problem first. If it is a UTI and you let it go it will soon start to affect other parts of his body such as his kidneys. Watch to make sure he is not drinking more than usual also (drink more/pee more is a sure sign of a UTI). I would get him to a vet ASAP and definetly see what you are dealing with.

Good luck

He's mad at you. Have you been away a lot, or leaving him on his own? They do that as a territorial thing, and also to tell you something is up.
