Dust and other things in the house, depending on what you are allergic to. If your allergies are sensitive to outdoors, you might want to find out what you are allergic to. Otherwise, dust is a very common allergen, and staying in the house may not be the best thing for you. Sometimes people with allergies find that their sinuses are more clear if they are outside. See a doc, and get some advice on allergies (including whether or not being in the house is a good thing for you!).

Haven't you seen those ads saying the air inside the house can be much more "polluted" than air OUTSIDE? It's really true, just polluted w/different things. Dust is a big one, and mold & mildew are probably worse. Also, pet dander and gasses from building materials (like paint, carpeting, flooring, if it's a new house). You should get tested and see what your're allergic to, then see if that's in your house. You might have to hire someone to get rid of it, though!

Most of the time the air in your house can be worse than the air outside. You should get out more.
