This girl that I just became friends with has started IMing with me a lot. In one of our conversations two nights ago, we started talking about masturbation, whether we each of us get orgasms from it, sex and whether each of us wants to have it, and her periods. She reminded you because she's interested. It's her way of rekindling the conversation in the hopes of taking it further. Seems like she's into that sort of thing so I wouldn't be embarassed unless you're not interested in her (in which case you maybe shouldn't talk about that sort of thing with her)

I think the only person that can answer your question is her. If you and her talked about some pretty personal things like that you should be able to ask a simple question like this. And if it bothers you her bringing it up you need to tell her that.

She is very curious and is enjoying a conversation with someone like you who is curious and inexperienced too...she identifies with you and will probably use you as a fantasy role on her own...keep it real and keep it simple.
