A Ukrainian woman who has been here since she was thirteen who could not speak a word of english,went to university and wants to join the royal navy has been given 3 years extra to stay after fighting off deportation.I am against immigration but if there was ever a case for letting someone stay this is it but oh no not this fuckin government they let foriegn rapists,peados,murderers etc stay indefinetly to walk our streets i am so fucked off with this government its unreal. Does anyone agree with me?

Yes I agree with you totally! The idiots who run this country have lost the plot completely. I don't think half the time they know what's going on so that's why this madness is happening. It's a sad sad case and it's about time the Brits did a demonstration outside No.10. Otherwise nothing will be changed by grumbling behind closed doors!

I dont think I know enough about it to have a strong opinion. Thats what the vote is for. Sounds like a sucky story for her though and letting people stay who take advantage of the system rather than making the most of it like her is uber annoying. I'd like to think that if I wewre in trouble I would get the help I needed but I don't always feel it would be the case.

And here's the background story: An illegal overstayer, or anyone who is in the UK without control as to duration of stay (because of diplomatic status -- where the stay is as long as the sponsoring government says) who manages to stay in Britain for 14 years is entitled to unlimited leave to remain.
A person whose stay is controled as to duration and who manages to stay for ten years gets ULR on application.
Someone whose stay is mixed has to be here for a proportional length of time.
So by giving her 3 more years, Eleonora Suhoviy (now 24 years old) will have been in Britain for 14 years and can then stay forever.
Perhaps by then she'll have a British husband anyway.

No because not only foreigners commit crimes. British paedophiles go to Bulgaria and Romania to abuse children. Should these countries ban all British people to go there let alone to live there?

I dont agree with your use of foul language to get your point across,
I think you should follow the example of the lady whose desire to succeed led her to university and no doubt was taught the English language. In doing so I think you will perceive that the use of foul and offensive language is pathetic, as you are in your vilification of the Government, which I would presume from your ignorance, you had no hand in electing. Evolution... the location can influence our appearance to a large extent. Russian women also have this distinct look. In fact, they are famous for it. I'm from the UK and many English girls and guys are easily recognisable by their uniquely british appearance. How we evolved that way is beyond me?

Immigration has to change. They have alreafy started the HSMP. I don't object to foreigners coming into the UK as long as they live by the laws and benifit the country. If it wasn't for foreigners, this country will collapse. But the government needs to take action, and stop any tom,dick or Harry coming.

I agree, i heard the government is going to deport 500 young vietnamese girls that were smuggled here upto five years ago. Thats not fair either since they would have rebuilt their lives here.
Funny thing is.. if this woman you speak about was a muslim i doubt they would do the same.

This is indeed ridiculous. I believe that we should apply the following test before admitting asylum seekers and other immigrants:
Ask not what this country can do for you—ask what you can do for this country. (to paraphrase Kennedy)
This would significantly reduce the amount of waste-full eaters that we have to maintain.
