In China they use the cheapest ingredients, lots of monosodium glutomate, not many spices,, the cheapest rice and noodles, little imagination, and eat with chopsticks, so you eat very slowly.
Chinese food in the west is almost certainly better.

What you're eating in China is real Chinese food. Whaat we have here is Americanized Chinese food.

Been there tried that,, no I think it tastes a lot better over there, it must be something to do with the local ingredients cooked locally and of course the atmosphere, all added together to make for better tasting food.
