According to Perry, first of all we should calibrate the tank and prepare the chart for every inch or cm. Nothing wrong with perry. But i want a formula which will give instant answer, with diameter and length of the tank

This is a truely mysterious question "centimeter wise" and "calibration of horizontal" don't sound like anything from Perry

I haven't the slightest idea what you are talking about, but if you want someone to give you a standard formula, why refuse an accepted source book?
