Five basic uses of basic bread dough are: kneaded bread, yeast dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls, braided breads and breads called by various names with potato added which are rolled out flat and any of these ingredients are added-nuts, poppy seed filling or fruit spreads. The dough is then rolled and cut into pieces as separate rolls or slits are cut as a design into the one whole roll.
Five uses for stale bread are: bread pudding, stuffing, croutons, bread crumbs for rolling an item in batter and feeding ducks.
Bread needs to be stored in a cool dry place to prevent it from molding.

1. Bread (of course), bisquits, buns, pretzels and maybe casserole topping.
2. Bread crumbs, croutons, french toast and stuffing.
3. Bread has a lot of water content. If it is left in a moist warm area it will mold and spoil and not be able to be used for anything except bird food.

Bread can be used for bread, rolls, pizza, donuts, clay...lots of stuff, stale bread is good in desserts, such as a "fool" which is a kind of cake, to feed birds and wild animals, grow bacteria, it still makes half-way decent toast, and croutons for your salad. You should store it in a cool dry place because of that bacteria stuff I mentioned....and it still grows anyway!
