Yes, I have. I have struggled with depression most of my adult life. The feelings you are experiencing are the same early symptoms that I have. And I don't just feel uncomfortable in my own skin, I feel like I have a million bugs crawling under by skin. If you are concerned and have a doctor, talk to him or her and get their opinion. Don't let it go too far before seeking help. The sadder you get the harder it is to ask for help - at least that's how I am.
GOOD LUCK

First check your blood levels which can be done directly through a lab. It is cheaper than going to a doctor, if you need to save money.
Especially check your iron levels. I didn't feel so well and my family has a history of depression, but I needed iron!
Depression is more likely to reoccur after an initial bout of depression. You want to make sure that you get some sunlight and take a walk each day.
There are over-the-counter supplements that take care of depression, but if you don't involve a doctor make sure that you do thorough research. Some of the names are St Johns, 5-HTP, Sam-E, Kava Kava. Some have serious side affects and should not be taken with other foods or medications.
I hope you find a way to get back to your old self.

I have a tendency toward the same thing. At 23 years old I still fight with my mother about the meds because I refuse to take them. I do fine, as people that struggle with this go. I'm functional, I get done what I need to do. But I certainly do lapse into periods of that feeling... you know what I mean. I can't really offer a solution, just a bit of empathy and a hope for the best for you.

Everyone who has struggled with depression has relapses!! This may sound crazy, but go into your room close the doors and erase everything that has happened lately. How? This is how pretend you have just won the lotto. You are buying the house of your dreams, the car you always wanted, and you have control of those who depress you! Pretend they are your servants, or they are constantly needing your help and you are telling them the same things they tell you! Like I said it sounds crazy, but it can make you walk out of that room and feel refreshed. Make you feel like the day is starting all over.

Yes I have. Depression is a difficult thing to overcome. I have been struggling with it since I was 17 and I will be 26 next week. It's crazy how you can feel fine for a while and then you start to feel it come back. My only advice is to recognize what it is and try not to let it control your life. If it starts to get really bad go see a doctor.
Good Luck!

I come in and out of it all the time. I never have had any kind of treatment though, if you have in the pat I think you should go find it again, before you relapse rellay bad. Your on the right path though at least you can recognize what you are suffering through and not just feel down for no apparent reason.

Quit worrying about it. Yep, it reoccurs all the time.
Now it is time to use all of your coping skills to get you out of that slump.
Do something you enjoy. Doesn't matter whether you want to do it, just do it.
Go find some friends and talk or do something pleasant.
Stay active, don't stay in bed all day.
Be patient with yourself. Say positive things about yourself. Laugh at your mistakes. Laugh at the comic strips, laugh at the politicians (that's what they are there for).
And yes, you are not alone. There's lots of us that have reoccuring depression and anxieties. We are real troopers. Now I had better take my own advise and get active!
Wish you the best.
Struggling again too.

Everyday for most of my life without a break. Sometimes it feels like I am constantly (physically) sick or running a marathon that will not end (I do not take any meds or see anyone).

I just had one. I usually go through them every 2-4 years. Go to your doctor. Get on anti-depressants. You can also take St. John's wort.
