I've never heard of Country Roads Wine in Niagara Falls, ON and I'm a Wine Consultant from the area. However, if you contact the Fruit Wines of Ontario organization, they may be able to help you. Their website is:

Don't know about it's current status pretty sure it is long gone in Ontario I abut in the early 80s it was available at the LCBO's in Ontario in at least a couple of sizes one of them being 64 oz If I recall and it cost only c couple to a few dollars came in a green bottle and had a yellow label with some sort of orchard or harvest scene. Least expensive way to get alcohol. My Pals (early 20s) used to drink it but I have an issue with fruit based beverages so I avoided it but tried it, was not too bad tasting not good not rotgut. Used to be made by Chateau Cartier it is referenced in this book.Apples, Peaches and Pears: Great Canadian Recipes, search for Chateau Cartier Country Road Apple Wine and google will show the short mention in the book.
