Most answers are good as specially about female cycle( by the way, this is spent blood that come out).

Blood is a precious fluid, there is only so much in the whole body. It carries nutrient to different parts of body and it should travel in side blood vessels of different diameters only.

Any time you see some blood it means there is a problem, it may be just a cut on a fingers or it may be something very serious like internal bleeding.

I will attack two parts of the body only that you have mentioned.

Blood coming from an ear is a sign of infected or injured ear, it is always very painful. Must see a doctor if it does not stop and the pain does not go away. Most of the time, first the person feels pain due to swelling cause by an infection(say a hair-boil), then ultimately the skin breaks and blood and puss come out and pain goes away. If pain reoccurs, one must see a doctor, it is treated with antibiotics in different forms.

Nose bleed is very serious, it can make a person light headed and the person can faint, if the bleeding does not stop during the fainting spell, then a person can bleed to death in very rear case, but there is a possibility of person dieing or becoming brain damaged due to lack of blood to the brain, in some case.

Nose and ears are oragns which open into cavities.
Nose open into nasal cavities and sinuses whereas the ear open into inner ear , though the communication is separated by a thin membrane called as tympanic membrane.
These organs ear and nose, have blood supplies in the form of arteries and veins and capillaries on their walls.
Only when they get injured, or if there is excessive / uncontrollable bleeding from inside, (eg; Bleeding in the brain or bleeding inside the skull structure) blood comes out from these organs.

Afterall, dont you see movies ? In so many movies, we see heroes and heroines bleeding from the nose or ears during climax scenes....right ?
examples ..after Blood cancer or accidents or big fall etc..
and we start searching for our hankerchiefs then..right ?

You mean to ask why blood doesn't flow out of Nose or Ear, even though they are open ???

Blood flows through a network of arteries, viens and capillaries. It is not open outside at any part of the body. Our Nose and Ear are open to let air, sounds or anything else to let in. Blood can never come out of them as they are not having any open source of blood. The walls of nose and ear are also supplied with blood through capillaries, like any other part of the boady. So, we get blood in case of injury to that organ.

Nervous system pours blood mainly in to Heart and all other parts are supplied with blood but as they are enclosed in nervous system, blood can never come out of Nose, Ear or Mouth.
