The only brand of pancake mix I will eat is "Hungry Jack", light and fluffy and the only syrup I will eat with my pancakes is "Country Kitchen".

I use bisquick(spelling) and it has a recipe on the back or side of the box. I do add some of my own ingredients to them, like fruit or cinnamon. Hope you can find a good recipe for them.

I haven't tried Bisquick, but my favorite thus far is Hungry Jack.

Do not use any raped or murdered animal products. THAT"S GROSS think about it
I saw a mix on the east coast by the VEGAN GURU...I have not seen such on the west coast.
But it was all plant based....
