I am a male 5' 8" who currently weighs 200 lbs. A year and a half ago I weighed a healthy 165 lbs. Starting a walk fitness program. Walking two plus miles a day will help to loose extra pounds.

Last time I was weighed, the scale said 188 (although I don't look it) but I know I've lost a little since then & I would loooove to be in the 130-140 range. I'm 5'4'' & apparently that's a healthy range for my height.

I am 225 and I wish I were at least 180 or 160. I am happy with my looks and my weight but less would be better.

I am 5'10" and around 240 as well. I would like to be 190 since I am tall. Still gotta have some meat on my bones!!

I am 115 and 5" 3, I feel very happy with the way I look. I am at a healthy weight. :). Keep up the good work, I know you can do it!

I am 188 and I just want to be at least 160-165. My weight depresses me very much and I have terrible mood swings @ 28 years old

I'm at 160 pounds and really want to be 150 pounds. However, 160 is not too bad and I often get down to 158 or so.

I won't tell my current weight, but I wish I was
13 pounds lighter. I tried everything, but they seem
SO hard to get off. Best of luck to you & do not give up !

I am !40 but wish I were 130. I use to be 155 so, if you keep it up, you can do it.
