Assuming you're speaking of the High Priest of the Jews in the Temple era...he personally may have performed none. That being said, at the very least, on a normal weekday, there were at least two animal offerings, and an incense offering, each accompanied by any required meal offerings and/or libations.

After that, all other offerings were either voluntary or predicated on some event.
