Try the following : do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don't over 60 minutes at a time.
Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read fitness magazines, like Shape and Fitness for motivation and tips.
Good luck and stick at it.

Me again. You'll have to exercise. No getting out of it. Cardio 2-3 times a week for an hour or two each time (you can walk, bike, swim). 2-3 times a week lift weights (or do a circuit of sit-ups, lifting smaller weights with lots of reps, lunges etc.) Self.com is a great website for suggestions of all kinds of exercises you do at home without equipment or with equipment.
Food: Less carbs. More protein. Keep a journal of what you eat. You should really calorie count and see how many calories you're eating and then if it's too low - that's bad. You need calories. If you have too many then you can eat less. Again, go to Self. com for a calculator to show you how much you should be eating.

Try to eat 5-6 small meals a day, about every three hours. This will keep your metabolism up and your hunger down. Do 20-30 minutes of cardio like running, dancing or bike riding and use the weights that you have to do some weighted squats and lunges.

Make sure you eat every three hours, get plenty of protein, and eat healthy carbs. You might want to get the book on the South Beach Diet (although at 15, and your weight and height I don't think your focus should just be eating healthy, not weight loss). Do interval type cardio - short spurts of high intensity cardio to build muscle while burning fat. And remember to lift heavy - you have to build muscle first in order to tone it. As far as your boobs go, how much of them you lose is just going to depend on genetics, but the fact is when you lose weight you are going to decrease in breast size. My favorite magazine is Oxygen. Even if you don't want to be that muscular, they have a lot of good tips.

Try
#1 drinking more water (makes you feel full). divde your body wt in half and drink that many oz of water (divide again by 8)
#2 eat 2 full meals (NEVER,NEVER skip breakfast...) skip the evening meal. Some people don't eat after either 4pm or 6pm.
#3 a low carb diet is good, but realize the brain needs SOME carbs to function so be sure to eat enough...try looking up the glycemic index and eating only low glycemic carbs.
this should help...

attempt to eat 5-6 small meals an afternoon, approximately each and every 3 hours. this might shelter your metabolism up and your starvation down. Do 20-a million/2-hour of cardio like walking, dancing or motorcycle using and use the weights which you merely could desire to do a touch weighted squats and lunges.

10 pounds is good,15 will not be attractive, although your weight is good for your size, right now. you will loose your chest, not your back though. your face will be the first to go and your neck, you can do it in less time that you have. it's easy and you will not be hungry. it is a state of mind and getting up and moving around. find a safe staircase to use for running up and down. start off easy than go further in time. eat tuna, drink lot's of water and cranberry juice, drink ensure, to put back what you will be depleating. do this, only, you can eat salads and one peice of your choice of chocalate once a day. no need to punish yourself. you only have this one life, treat yourself with respsct and please do not do this for vanity purposes or because of peer presure. like i said, you do not have a weight problem right now, do not create one, none of this works without the main and last need, pray, pray for the children who have no food at all...

You're too young to follow ANY diet.
Just be yourself.
Besides, 125 lbs is not fat - - you still have baby fat in you.
Just run and do more physical activities (not sex... you're 15, remember). Try soccer or volleyball or tennis. You'll sweat a ton!
