There are volumes written on this topic and it would be impossible to summarise all the known facts. However theres one simple fact that does summarise the essence of what they all convey: The Mind is like any tool or machine. The more you use it the better you become at using it. So simply put: the more you exersise your mind at concentrating, remembering and analysing the better it will become at this. Also remove any distracting or obstructing thoughts. For this you must identify things that distract you and either remove them by active thought or by relaxation. I have tried to simplify the matter. I've always been told that eating carrots helps with your night vision, not sure of any other eye specific foods or excercises.

Vit A is important,as most vegetables contain it but the action is not complete.No other medication or exersise may affect.It is something genetically determined.
