like lots of carbonation, very little sweetness

why not a dry sparkling wine. i think most of the malt beverages like zima, etc, are probably sweeter than you would like, but a dry white wine is usualy not that sweet. maybe a dry champagne

State laws vary a lot about what can be sold in a grocery store. Some allow beer and/or wine, others no alcohol at all. Try a flavored seltzer and add your own alcohol. These are not sweetened "fruit drinks," just seltzer with a little flavor added. Or even plain seltzer, which is the same as club soda. Cheers!

I like to mix Mike's hard lemonade with diet sprite.

Also, try Stoli Orange w/ tonic water.

You could always make yourself a gin and tonic...

I never liked those...
