Does anyone have or direct me to a Recipe which contains no alocohol or wine that combines
1. Monkfish
2. Rissotto

I had the pleasure of this dish while away in Dublin and I want to replicate this to eat at home.

Please, please - The Sauce etc. The recipe itself. Thanks

Just Fish and Sauce with no wine etc.

Monkfish Risotto With Saffron And Vegetables
Yield: 1

Ingredients

6 sm fill monkfish
1 rice; for measurements
1 ; see packet
1 sachet of saffron
2 tb butter
1 fish stock cube
1 marinated oil; or olive oil

1 ; frying
1 sea salt; a sprinkle
1 pepper; a sprinkle

Instructions

Boil rice according to packet instructions, add the fish stock and
saffron.

Add the butter when ready.

Place the fish pieces onto a griddle and cook on hob on both sides for
about 10 minutes.

Sprinkle sea salt and pepper on the fish and drizzle some of the marinated
oil, or just olive oil.

Linguine With Monkfish "Meatballs", Thyme And
Zucchini
4 Tablespoon Virgin olive oil
1 Medium Red onion; finely chopped
1 Small Zucchini; cut 1/4" matchsticks
2 Tablespoon Fresh thyme leaves
1/2 Pound Fresh monkfish filet
1−1/2 Cup Basic Tomato Sauce
1 Cup Dry white wine
Salt; to taste
Freshly−ground black pepper; to taste
8 Ounce Linguine
1/4 Cup Finely−chopped Italian parsley
Bring 6 quarts water to boil and add 2 tablespoons salt. In a 12−inch
skillet, heat oil over moderate heat. Add onion, zucchini and thyme leaves
and saute until light brown and very soft (about 8 to 10 minutes). Cut
monkfish into 3/4−inch cubes and season with salt and pepper. Add monkfish
to saute pan and toss until cooked and starting to whiten (about 1 minute).
Add Basic Tomato Sauce and white wine and bring to boil. Lower heat and
simmer 10 minutes. Drop linguine into boiling water and cook according to
package instructions. Drain pasta in colander over sink and toss into pan
with monkfish. Add parsley and toss over medium heat until cooked. Pour into
warm serving bowl and serve immediately. This recipe yields 4 appetizer servings.

They do great dishes simmiler to this in India in the old portuguese areas like gujurat, heres an e-mail address of a guy who knows all there is to know about cooking fish dishes, the guys a master at it, cooks all his sauces and toppings from scratch, i had a great monk fish dish when i was there he is extreamly helpfull so dont hesitate to ask if he has any suggestions for your cooking: heranca_goesa@yahoo.com

This could be a bit difficult, you see, Monkfish is not RARE, it's quite COMMON.........Sorry, I just could not help myself!!!
