MIX ORANGE JUICE WITH 7UP and drink around 1 or 2 glasses. see what happens after tht.. u will be surprised..

When I was in college mountain dew use to work. I have not tried it lately but you coulfeel the effect rapidly. It worked better than coffee for me.

try L-carnatine and chromium picolinate.

A good protein drink loaded with branch chain amino acids 30 minutes prior to a work-out is effective. If your muscles have usable energy to draw from, they won't produce as much lactic acid and you can work out longer with less pain and more energy.

Sugar is crap.

Electrolytes don't give you energy. They keep you hydrated. Carbohydrates give you energy. Eat a candy bar or bread or a handful of sugar.
