Everclear (190 proof). Although some could argue you could use pure alcohol to make a beverage, although you could wind up blind or dead in a very short period of time.

Everclear is about 180 proof (90% alcohol), but not available in every state - with good reason.
Bacardi 151 is available most everywhere (75% alcohol).
If you're going to drink - DON'T DRIVE!

Everclear and other grain alcohols are as close to pure alcohol as it gets. They're 190 proof, or 95% alcohol, and should not be consumed straight up.

I would say grain alcohol like everclear. Plus it doesn't really have a taste so whatever you mix it with is what you really taste.
