Stamina really comes from the muscles and how well you can keep breathing and chnaging out wuth O2. If there is a food to help that would be complex carbs. Such as in potatos or rice, pastas not the refined sugars. These items are easier for the body to breakdown into the energy it needs to feed the muscles. Maybe you've heard of carbo-loading well that is the idea.
