My urologist advised me to completely avoid taking TOMATO,CABBAGE, SPINACH,GREENY LEAVES, GREEN PEAS,MILK, DAIRY PRODUCTS, DRY FRUITS, ICE CREAMS.But i like tomato, cabbage, greeny leaves, peas as iam a pure vegetarian.i have been following this diet to some extent but cant control to eat 2 or three times a week. i didn't get any stone problem again after that, but iam scared about it.I have been suffering from foot pain while walking on road.Ortho suggested me to take milk, greeny leaves & food which is rich in calcium.Iam just 2 KG overweight & this wont be stable for me, it goes back to original with in a month or two , again i use to put on weight 1kg or 2.this is routine for me for the past 5 years. so i dont think that this relate to my leg pain.bocz i got leg pain since 6 months before. One more thing is iam on birth control pill.My question is how can i get sufficient calcium without letting my kidneys to create stone in it.Please if any doctor or medical related people ans this

A high water diet

The calcium business is to help your bones, but you may find that it exacerbates your stones.

Some authorities say that low calcium diet can make stones form too.

Have the calcium

Drink plenty of water (2L per day)

The Pill is OK

HI

Do not take aerated drinks like (pepsi, coke, limca, etc).
Avoid sea foods, tomatoes, and brinjal.

Use Cranberry juice, tender coconut.

Drink plenty of water.

There are chances for repetative stone formation, so follow above regimen and avoid stone formatoin in teh future.

THere is no relation between calcium and kidney stone.

Please do not have worng idea. U do the normal physical activity adn increase ur exercise tollerence that is enough.
