I think anyone who abuses there child mentally physically or verbally needs to be dragged through the street and beat with a whip, it is so wrong to do that to your kids because you may have issues or and anger problem, children are innocent.

First off, no child has a right to give parental guidance unless they are adults and the parent asks for guidance. Second, If a child is abusing a parent I believe the consequences should be the same as for parents committing child abuse. Except the minor would go to a juvenile corrections facility instead of jail or prison.

what about parental abuse? you abuse a child in many ways like not feeding them , hitting them ,etc, parental guidence is when you punish the child if they do the wrong thing but in a right way for example take away their favorite game and then they will know not to do it again.

I'm not sure the question you are asking. If you are asking about Parent Abuse, then Yes I know of it an it is real, although not as common as child or elder abuse. If you rephrase your question, I think you will find the answer you are seeking.

First let us try to understand what you meant by abuse.Abuse refers to physical and mental tortures of a person with deprivation on food, shelter, clothes despite there being availability of the same in the family for the co-members, injurious personal and negative remarks on character, lack of warmth and patience in dealing. These practices are generally rampant in case you are the burden of the relatives, or in your in-law's place.Scolding by patrents for not studying, not doing the routine works properly surely do not fall into this category. However, constant naggings to perform beyond your capacity/liking, comparing with others, excess criticism. do fall within the ambit of parental abuse.

Any parent who abuses their child, must be given capital punishment. Children are our future and by abusing them they are playing with the future of our society.
